Olá meu amores !!

Ontem estive numa hamburgueria e com curiosidade perguntei para o funcionário - como a Empresa Fast Food providenciava os hamburgueres , ou seja, qual era o fornecedor. Claro que ele não me falou, apenas informou que não sabia da procedência. Tudo Bem? (pensei) , provavelmente eles não são instruídos para informar, mas como sei que o Estabelecimento é bem conhecido, não me adentrei sobre o assunto e, lógico, fui apreciar o meu lanche, hummm.. estava muito bom !! Meus meninos adoraram .

Eu particularmente não sou fanática por hamburguer, porém meus meninos amam e como de uns tempo pra cá, não dá para sair sempre para comer lanches, eu e meu marido (meu amor) descobrimos como fazer o hamburguer - carne - em casa.

Portanto, se vocês tem filhos (as) , sobrinhos (as) , irmãos (as) que gostam de comer essa febre mundial...kkkk segue abaixo uma receita fácil, rápido de fazer o seu hamburguer em casa ! Além de ser mais saudável, pois não sabemos como é processado os hamburguers nos estabelecimentos que produzem hamburguer, em geral  , este é feito com carne de boa procedência e fresca . Siga a Receita. Aposto que depois de fazer, vai ficar difícil querer comer fora ...kkk. (hahaha, até parece ...)

CARNE PARA HAMBURGUER

1 kilo de patinho moído - ou - coxão mole

1 pacote de creme de cebola

meia cebola bem picadinha

1 colher de sopa de salsinha e cebolinha, picados

1 pitada de sal à  gosto

misturar os ingredientes para dar liga e consequentemente você vai moldando a carne conforme o seu gosto, redondo ou quadrado.

Aqui em casa costumamos fazer quadrado e como os hamburguers ficam bem consistente, o que sobra, eu congelo. O que me facilita bastante, para uma próxima hamburgada !
Depois de assar no forno , ou mesmo para quem tem chapa de fogão, é só colocar no meio do pão com maionese , folha salada e tomate , pronto !  Ah ! Não esquecendo os famosos catchup e mostarda.

Podem degustar!  Hummmm.....bom demais !

Só peço que não abusem deste lanche maravilhoso , pois não somos responsáveis por alguns quilinhos à mais que vocês adquirirem..kkkkk (hahaha) .

I particularly am not fanatic burger, but my boys love and as a time over here, you can not always go out to eat snacks, my husband and I (my love) discovered how to make burger - beef - at home.

So if you have children, nephews, brothers - who like to eat this mundial...kkkk fever follows an easy recipe, quick to make your hamburger at home! In addition to being healthier because it does not know how processed the burgers in establishments producing burger, in general, this is done with good provenance and fresh meat. Follow the recipe. I bet that once you do, will be difficult to want to eat out ... kkk. (Hahaha, until it seems ...)

MEAT FOR BURGER - delicious !!

1 kilo of ground duck - or - topside

1 onion cream package

half an onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon parsley and chives, chopped

1 pinch of salt to taste

mix the ingredients to bind and therefore you will shaping the meat to your taste, round or square.

Here at home we usually do square and as the burgers are consistently well, what's left, I freeze. What helps me a lot, to a near by  "hamburgada"! to make hamburguer and put on freezer.

After roasting in the oven, or even for those with stove plate, just put in the middle of the bread with mayonnaise, salad leaf and tomato, ready! Ah! Not forgetting the famous ketchup and mustard.

They can taste! Hummmm ..... very good!

I only ask not to abuse this wonderful snack, because we are not responsible for a few pounds more to you purchase...kkkkk (hahaha).

Certo dia, conversando com a minha sobrinha Maria Fernanda (minha linda!)  sobre viagens foquei na bolsa que ela estava usando. Claro que sabia que se tratava de marca estrangeira, gostei da bolsa e lembrei que tinha visto na ROSS da Flórida, a marca do produto DKNY. Bela bolsa média, com caracteres marrons da marca , muito estilosa! Já tinha visto camisetas com estes logomarca em jovens meninas, no meu passeio aos parques e, fazendo minha pequenas compras lá, vi que esta marca abrange grande linhas de produtos. Bolsas, roupas femininas, masculinas, relógios, perfumes e outros. E como boa observadora, além das camisetas que as girls usavam, vi, bonés desta marca , relógios, cintos.

A marca DKNY nasceu em NY pela estilista Donna Karan. Determinada em fazer da moda um conceito novo de se vestir,  ela se inspirou em mulheres comuns, vista nas ruas e que proporcionasse agregar as roupas com o perfil de corpo, de cada uma. Assim nasceu o sucesso desta estilista que hoje está em todos os produtos da marca.

A princípio veio a DONNA KARAN NEW YORK , depois a marca DKNY na qual essa, que agrega peças mais despojadas, simples de usar e que moçadas adoram e se identificam mais.
